At Inspire Jiu Jitsu Academy, we are committed to providing the best products and services to our valued customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:  

1. Memberships

- Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable.  

- Cancellations:You may cancel your membership at any time by providing a written notice (email or in person). Cancellation terms will depend on your specific membership agreement.  

- Freezes: Memberships can be frozen for medical or personal reasons upon request, subject to approval.  

2. Apparel and Merchandise  

- Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel and merchandise in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of purchase.  

- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for size or style within 14 days, subject to availability.  

- Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.  

3. Food and Beverages 

- Non-Returnable: Due to health and safety regulations, food and beverage items are not eligible for returns or refunds.  

4. Seminars and Events

- Refunds: Seminar and event fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Inspire Jiu Jitsu Academy.  

- Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval from the academy.  

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

- In-Person: Visit our academy to process a return or exchange.

with your order details to initiate a return or refund request.  

6. Refund Processing

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.  

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
